You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher (or purchasing on behalf of a research institution) to buy from us. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you will use the products only as described in our Disclaimer & Research Use Only policy.
All products are sold for in vitro laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. You agree not to use, market, or resell any product for any purpose involving human or animal use.
We strive to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per order or per customer.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received and verified before an order ships.
Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier, except where covered by any shipment-protection program we offer.
Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are accepted only for unopened products within the stated window, or for items damaged or lost in transit. Contact support@celfinity.bio to start a request.
You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, to endanger any person or animal, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. Resale for human consumption is strictly prohibited.
Products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celfinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celfinity and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your handling or use of our products.
